So tell me, what is it about facebook that is so addictive?!! I have spent the best part of 12 hours the last 2 days "fiddling" around with it and I still haven't had enough! I should have been doing the first assignment of my certificate in sport qualification but was distracted, indefinitely on Sunday. Must try harder, this will never do.
On a positive note I did run 7km this morning before work!!! Great North Run training is going well me thinks. If anyone wants to sponsor me they can... I am raising money for the MS Society. Pledge online: www.justgiving.co.uk/kathrynfrench
